Best of Today 8-Week Programme
An 8-week wellbeing foundation course for employees which increases brain-based wellbeing knowledge and introduces healthy habits for brain health and fitness. This programme includes a range of gifts, which act as physical prompts to trigger the brain.

Wellbeing Workshops
Best of Today offers workplace wellbeing workshops either in-person or via Zoom, including:
1.5 hour Leadership Workshops to maximise the ripple effect from your Best of Today Programme.
1 hour ‘Lunch & Learn’ workshops.
Wellbeing ‘Maintenance’ Programme
An ongoing monthly subscription for your team. After completing the 8-week programme together, Best of Today’s maintenance programme includes activities and resources to maintain a positive culture and healthy wellbeing habits.
One-on-One Coaching
Individual coaching sessions to support clients to obtain substantial momentum in their most important work.
