Best of Today – Stuff.co.nz Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1.     Promotion period: 5pm Tuesday 24th September to 12pm Friday 11th October 2019.

2.     The winner must be an organisation based in New Zealand.

3.     There is one prize to win. The prize is an 8-week Best of Today Workplace Wellness Programme for up to a maximum of 4 people in the organisation. The prize is valued at $1568 NZD. Additional participants may be added on at the standard price.

4.     Entry is free and must be through the form at bestoftoday.co.nz/win during the promotion period

5.     The prize draw will take place after 12pm on Friday 11th October 2019.

6.     The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

7.     The winner will be contacted via email (using the email address provided in the competition entry). If the winner does not respond within 3 working days, Best of Today reserve the right to redraw a new winner.

8.     Prize delivery will start at a time agreed between the winner and Best of Today.

9.     Best of Today’s decision regarding the winners in final and no corresepondence will be entered into.

10.  The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

11.  By entering this competition, the winner agrees to their organisation name being published in Best of Today Marketing and Social Media for publicity purposes.

12.  Best of Today will keep the personal information it holds from entries confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.

13.  Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

14.  Best of Today and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15.  Best of Today is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
