BEST OF TODAY WORKPLACE WELLBEING PROGRAMME

Best of Today is New Zealand’s only “offline” workplace wellness programme for any sized team.

Each fortnight for eight weeks, all team members receive a Best of Today box. Full of surprises, boxes contain topics, challenges, activities, and gifts - tools specifically designed to enhance their wellbeing and open their happiest and best selves, together. Each Best of Today box focuses on a different dimension of our hauora (holistic wellbeing).

We know that in order to reconnect with ourselves, and others, we need to first disconnect. Research that there is a direct correlation between physically ‘ doing’ and improved mental wellbeing - it’s what’s needed to build healthy habits and strengthen positive neural pathways.

Teams also meet weekly for a few moments, to build belonging through kotahitanga (togetherness). We then provide a measured impact report, including an anonymous post programme survey to all participants.

Wellbeing is a continuous, conscious process. Best of Today’s maintenance programme supports a continued focus on workplace wellbeing and building long-term habits.

Meeting the demand from our clients we have created this programme to help maintain the positive energy and awareness built throughout the 8-week Best of Today programme. It’s also a great way to recalibrate and learn.

The maintenance programme includes:

  1. Monthly resources and activities created to maintain the positive culture and healthy habits of brain health and fitness at work

  2. Weekly emails sharing helpful tips, tools and resources

This will help you to prioritise long-term workplace wellbeing and continue building on the positive energy together.
