Through her coaching practice Anna had the privilege of witnessing first-hand the transformational changes her clients made by simply increasing their awareness around their thoughts and prioritising their holistic wellbeing. Having the opportunity to pause and reconnect with things such as their values and purpose and as well as ways to prioritise their holistic wellbeing had a huge ripple effect in both their professional and personal lives.
Anna was inspired by this and felt compelled to create Best of Today so that more people could have this opportunity, as not everyone has access to an executive coach.
